About inEspect

inEspect is a product of Easy Audit, an Egyptian company whose activity is digital solutions. References to “we”, “us”, or “the operator” mean Easy Audit, which provides and operates this platform.

inEspect is a cloud quality operations product — forms, records, reports, analysis, and review evidence for sites that need durable quality work. Food safety is a primary strength; the same patterns apply to other quality domains and site types (factory, store, mall, restaurant, warehouse, lab, distribution hub, and similar). It is not a MES, ERP, or WMS.

About Easy Audit

Easy Audit is an Egyptian company in digital solutions. It builds and operates software products — including inEspect — for organizations that need durable digital records and workflows.

inEspect is one of Easy Audit’s products — a cloud quality operations platform for organizations that fill forms on site, keep controlled records, and need review files and management reports. It is separate from the Easy Audit QMS product; ideas are shared across the family, and each product is built for its own jobs.

What inEspect is for

We help quality teams replace paper with tablets on the floor: due forms by cadence, immutable review files for auditors and customers, structured answers for reports and analysis, and CAPA-ready trails. Food safety / FSMS is a primary strength; process quality, product quality, hygiene, HSE-adjacent checks, customer audits, and similar programs are in scope when they need the same record discipline.

What it is not

inEspect is not a MES, ERP, or WMS. Site, line, and product context exist only to support quality work — not to run production planning or warehouse inventory as a system of record. We do not lock the product to factories only or to food only.

What we offer

• Quality forms & cadence — shift, half-hour, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and longer cycles, filled in context (site → line → product → form).
• Immutable review files — submissions emit a durable review copy for review bodies and traceability, while structured answers stay available for reports.
• Records & evidence — controlled trails for checks, findings, and follow-up.
• Reports & analysis — management views over structured quality data.
• Company workspace — roles, departments, member join codes, and tenant-private operational chat for coordination (not audit evidence).

Who uses it

Quality managers, operators who fill forms, and company owners/managers work inside a company tenant. Each organization controls users, permissions, and data. Platform administrators operate the global console and are not company members. An external auditor portal is not offered yet.
