Terms of Service

inEspect is a product of Easy Audit, an Egyptian company whose activity is digital solutions. References to “we”, “us”, or “the operator” mean Easy Audit, which provides and operates this platform.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of inEspect, a product of Easy Audit. By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

inEspect provides tools for quality operations — forms, records, reports, analysis, and review evidence — for organizations at factories, stores, malls, restaurants, warehouses, labs, distribution hubs, and similar sites. Food safety is a primary strength; other quality domains that need the same discipline are in scope. Features may vary by subscription, company configuration, and user role.

inEspect is not a MES, ERP, or WMS. Site context exists only to support quality work.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• Company accounts are provisioned through an approved company request process or by platform administration; individuals join with a member code or invite and are approved by Owner/Manager (role and department).
• A person belongs to at most one company workspace.
• The service is intended for organizations and professionals doing quality work.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account. We never email passwords — only one-time codes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access data outside the scope of your role or company membership.
• Upload malware, unlawful content, or material that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to bypass security, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with availability.
• Share credentials except as authorized by your organization.
• Use the platform for purposes unrelated to quality operations without written approval.

4. Customer and tenant responsibility

Organizations using the platform are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter, for configuring user permissions appropriately, and for determining what information may be shared with clients, reviewers, or the public. Filled forms emit immutable review files for traceability; structured answers remain available for reports and analysis.

5. External access

An external auditor portal, certification-body grants, and external access codes are not offered yet. Sharing review files (for example PDF print or send) is the customer's responsibility under their own agreements. If external grants ship later, these Terms will be updated.

6. Intellectual property

The platform software, branding, and documentation are owned by Easy Audit or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.

7. Availability and changes

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features, perform maintenance, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimer

The platform assists with record-keeping and workflows for quality operations; it does not replace professional judgment, regulatory advice, food-safety or quality consultancy, or certification decisions. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and standards for your industry and markets.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees paid by your organization for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or zero if no fees were paid.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or non-payment where applicable. You may stop using the service at any time; your organization administrator may request account deactivation or deletion through support and the privacy workflows we publish.

11. Fees and refunds

The company pays. Only Owner or Manager roles manage billing (`billing.manage`). Card details are never stored in inEspect. Paid subscriptions and refund eligibility are described in our Refund Policy. Live checkout uses Paddle (Paymob may follow); manual plan assignment may apply until live billing is fully enabled.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Easy Audit and this deployment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be raised through our Contact channel.
