Data Deletion

inEspect is a product of Easy Audit, an Egyptian company whose activity is digital solutions. References to “we”, “us”, or “the operator” mean Easy Audit, which provides and operates this platform.

This page explains how to ask for deletion and what happens next. It pairs with Data Retention and Privacy tools.

1. How to request

• Signed-in users submit a deletion request from Privacy tools.
• Company owners may also request deletion of company data after subscription end via help@inespect.com or Contact.
• If you cannot sign in, email help@inespect.com from the address on the account.

2. How we handle it

Requests are reviewed by platform staff — they do not wipe data instantly. Nothing is carried out solely because a form was submitted without review.

We may retain fields required for audit-log integrity, legal holds, fraud prevention, or billing records. You will be updated through the privacy-request workflow or email.

Where we agree to a full company delete, we may provide or confirm an export first and allow a short cool-off before permanent removal of live data.

3. What “deleted” means

Leaving the live system is not the same second as every backup copy rotating away. See Retention for backup honesty. We do not claim surgical editing of old backups.
